Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days for any item that is unused, or that arrives faulty or defective. This store and policy are operated by Something New LLC.
30-Day Returns
You may return an eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, an item must be either: (a) unused and in its original packaging (change-of-mind returns); or (b) faulty, damaged, or defective. Used items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, we will make it right. You may choose a full refund to your original payment method (including original shipping) or a replacement, subject to availability. For faulty or defective items, we cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Process
To start a return, please email customer service at info@bridebrite.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from our receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
