We ship fast, we stand behind what we send, and if something goes wrong we make it right. Here is how it all works.

Shipping

Where We Ship

We ship to the USA, US territories, and Canada. We do not ship to Europe.

Costs

Every whitening kit and bundle ships free in the US. Any other order of $60 or more also ships free. Orders under $60 ship via USPS for $5.99.

Processing and Transit

Orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse, which runs Monday to Friday except national holidays. US transit is usually 2 to 7 days. Canada is usually 4 to 22 days depending on the carrier you choose at checkout.

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Address Changes and Cancellations

You can change your shipping address or cancel your order any time before it ships. Email info@bridebrite.co and we will handle it.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

These ship via USPS only.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock, your order is held until it is back. Other items in your order are reserved for you. You can ask for a refund on the backordered item instead of waiting.

Taxes and Duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout. For Canada, duties and taxes are prepaid, so nothing extra is due on delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse it if you can and email us. If it was left while you were out, email us as soon as you notice the damage. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the carrier's stated value. Once the carrier finishes its investigation, we issue a refund or a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

What Qualifies

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Unused items in original packaging are eligible for a change of mind. Any item that arrives faulty, damaged, or defective is eligible regardless of use. Used items are only eligible if they are faulty or defective.

Change of Mind

You get a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded. You pay return shipping and should use a trackable method.

Faulty or Defective

You get a full refund including original shipping, or a replacement subject to availability. We cover return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email info@bridebrite.co and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to:

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. They go to your original payment method, and you will get an email confirmation when it is done.
